MELD is an independent advertising agency with a global team spanning New York, Dubai, Riyadh, and India.

We work across brand, advertising, digital, CX, and integrated campaigns for clients in a range of industries.

As our work in India continues to grow, we're looking for a senior-level Art Director to support our creative team on a freelance, part-time basis.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Art Director who can step into projects quickly, understand the brief, and deliver polished creative with minimal hand-holding.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be expected to both develop creative ideas and execute them across a range of formats.

Hours will vary depending on project needs, so this is best suited to someone comfortable working on a flexible, as-needed basis.

- Advertising and integrated campaign creative
- Brand and visual identity applications
- Digital and social content
- Websites and digital experiences
- Presentation and pitch deck design
- Print, editorial,



and marketing collateral
- Concept development and visual exploration

What We're Looking For

- Senior-level Art Director with strong agency experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent art direction, typography, layout, and visual thinking
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Comfortable working in Figma
- Able to take a project from concept through execution
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote international team
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Currently based in India

Engagement

This is a freelance, part time position with hours allocated on an as-needed basis. Workload may vary

from week to week depending on active client projects.
