Role
The Finance Associate will be responsible for handling client compliances, financial reporting, and regulatory filings. The role involves direct interaction with startup founders and managing end-to-end compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in company incorporation and startup registration processes
- Support drafting of incorporation documents (MOA, AOA, resolutions, etc.)Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filings
- Support ROC filings and statutory compliance documentation
- Help maintain statutory registers and company records
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and compliance requirements
- Support internal process improvements and operational efficiency
- Work closely with founders on finance and operational tasks
Who Should Apply
- Recent graduates (B.Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, or related fields)
- Candidates pursuing CA/ ACCA / CMA are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in finance, compliance, and startup ecosystem
- Positive Excel & MS Office skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Compensation: 2.4 LPA to 2.6 LPA
