Your Responsibilities
Conduct advanced research to develop novel nutraceutical products, processes, and technologies.
Apply expertise in Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) for innovative formulation development.
Innovate and validate new technologies for ingredient extraction and process optimization.
Explore emerging scientific advancements to enhance product stability and performance.
Author and publish research manuscripts in reputed scientific journals.
Draft and review patent applications to protect research innovations.
Develop and document SOPs for scaling up formulations from lab to commercial production.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth technology transfer.
Troubleshoot formulation challenges during scale-up and commercialization.
Analyse experimental data and maintain detailed, compliant research records.
Prepare technical reports, dossiers, and presentations for internal and external use.
Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Marketing teams to align research outcomes with business goals.
Partner with academic and research institutions for collaborative projects.
Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and all safety protocols.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational R&D; standards.
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related fields.
3–4 years of experience in Formulation R&D;, preferably in the nutraceutical or related industry.
Proven hands-on experience in technology transfer and scale-up processes.
Knowledge of analytical techniques and instruments such as UV, HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS.
Experience In Manuscript Preparation And Patent Drafting Is Preferred.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
