Role Description This is a full time in office role for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will identify and qualify real property opportunities, support clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, and provide market insights to guide decision-making. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting virtual property consultations, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
The role also involves negotiating terms, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and participating in training or knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on real estate trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including market trends and property evaluation.
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to build pipelines, convert leads, and meet or exceed targets.
- Effective Negotiation skills to support clients in achieving favorable terms and outcomes.
- Experience in Training, coaching, or mentoring related to real estate processes or client education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Comfort with digital tools, virtual meetings, and online property platforms.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset.
- Relevant certification or license in real estate (where applicable) and prior consulting or brokerage experience preferred.
