Role Description The Manager – Sourcing & Procurement – EMS will lead end-to-end procurement activities for electronic components, materials, and services to support PCB assembly and box build operations. This full time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves identifying and qualifying suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and conducting supplier performance reviews. The manager will negotiate contracts and pricing, optimize procurement processes, and ensure timely availability of materials in line with production schedules and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include analyzing demand and cost data, coordinating with engineering, production, and quality teams,



and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also entails driving cost reduction initiatives, risk management in the supply chain, and continuous improvement in sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Management to build and maintain a reliable supply base.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Contract Negotiation and Procurement to secure favorable terms and ensure consistent material availability.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize costs, and support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing services or related industries, with knowledge of components, PCB assembly, and EMS processes.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality teams, and to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP or procurement management systems, and familiarity with vendor compliance, quality standards, and cost-control practices.
