Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing daily operations across 3D printing, 3D scanning, and related AM services. This role includes planning and scheduling production jobs, allocating resources and equipment, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and within budget. The Production Manager will coordinate with sales, design, and technical teams to review job requirements, manage workflows, and resolve operational issues. They will monitor machine performance, optimize processes, maintain production records, and implement safety and quality procedures.



The role also involves supervising and developing production staff, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to strategic decisions on capacity and technology upgrades.

Qualifications

- Experience managing production operations in manufacturing, engineering, or additive manufacturing environments.
- Working knowledge of 3D printing technologies, 3D scanning processes, and related AM workflows.
- Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to enforce quality standards, troubleshoot production issues, and drive process optimization.
- Competence in using production management or ERP software, and basic data analysis for efficiency tracking.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and with clients.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Pune region or familiarity with local industrial ecosystem is an advantage.
