Role Description The Graphic Intern role at Paarsiv is an on-site internship based in Jaipur. The intern will support the design team by creating and refining visual assets for digital channels, including social media, marketing campaigns, and web content. Daily tasks include assisting with graphic design projects, image editing and optimization, preparing visuals aligned with brand guidelines, and collaborating with marketing and content teams on creative concepts. The intern will also help adapt designs for different platforms,



maintain organized design files, and participate in brainstorming sessions for client and internal projects. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world design and marketing workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and layout.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, including familiarity with common design and photo-editing tools.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Social Media, with an understanding of visual requirements for major platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing, particularly in creating designs that support brand awareness and campaigns.
- Basic proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant course or degree in design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Jaipur.
