Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Administrator with 8+ years of relevant experience in administering and supporting Oracle Hyperion applications.
- The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, Shared Services, Workspace, LCM, security administration, migrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support Oracle Hyperion HFM, Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE applications.
- Perform application configuration, metadata management, and environment administration.
- Manage application migrations across Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Perform Hyperion migrations using Workspace and Lifecycle Management (LCM).
- Handle installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and maintenance of Hyperion 11.2.x environments.
- Manage users, roles, access, provisioning,



and security through Shared Services.
- Monitor Hyperion application health, services, logs, and system performance.
- Perform log analysis and troubleshoot application, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and service-request management within SLA.
- Manage metadata structures, hierarchies, and data-loading activities.
- Perform application and database performance tuning and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with business, application, infrastructure, and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Support Hyperion upgrades, migrations, patches, and setting maintenance.
- Use monitoring/log-analysis tools such as Splunk where applicable.
