The Role

We are looking for a proactive PR and Marketing Executive with a genuine interest in brands, media and culture.

You will support the team across media outreach, on-ground marketing activations, and campaign execution. We are looking for someone with a go-getter attitude and is keen on taking initiative.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the execution of PR and marketing campaigns.
- Research media opportunities, story ideas, trends and competitor activity.
- Build and regularly update media and lists.
- Draft press releases, media notes and pitch emails.
- Coordinate media requests, interviews, product send-outs and press visits.
- Follow up with journalists, clients and third-party vendors.




- Track media coverage and prepare monthly and weekly reports.
- Support client meetings, status updates, minutes of meeting, timelines and documentation.
- Assist with media plans and pitches, events and brand collaborations.
- Prepare and update media lists
- Research competitor brands, industry trends and utilise them to help prepare client marketing strategies

What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications or marketing, preferably within an agency.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Valuable research, communication and organisational skills.
- An interest in hospitality, F&B;, fashion, beauty, retail and lifestyle.
- Familiarity with social media, PowerPoint or Google Slides, and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude and willingness to learn.
- Someone who takes initiative, follows through and does not need repeated reminders.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
