Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Agra, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations. Daily activities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling performance management processes. The role also involves coordinating employee engagement initiatives, overseeing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The Human Resources Manager will support managers and team members with HR-related queries,



resolve workplace issues, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This position collaborates with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational growth.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Experience in HR policy development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
