About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team at The Transformation Group. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building high-quality, scalable, and maintainable no-code/low-code platforms and applications. This role involves working from the initial development stages to create a new platform that revolutionizes digital product development. The candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative applications across web and mobile platforms, utilizing modern Flutter patterns, state management techniques, and GraphQL integration. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of development experience in mobile or front-end frameworks or languages, with at least 4 years dedicated to Flutter and Dart. A strong portfolio demonstrating the deployment of at least three Flutter applications to production—covering mobile and web—is essential. Candidates should have a deep understanding of reactive programming concepts, especially as used in GetX, including Rx observables and controllers.



Experience designing scalable state architectures using GetX, Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC is required. Familiarity with integrating Flutter applications with GraphQL engines like Hasura, including crafting complex queries and mutations, is crucial. Candidates should have proficiency in creating reusable styled components, managing themes, and implementing animations and transitions. A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a proactive attitude are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

The Flutter Developer will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining robust applications across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. This includes designing and implementing advanced state management solutions using GetX and related reactive patterns such as Controllers, Bindings, Workers, and Rx observables. Collaborating closely with design, product, and engineering teams to develop and ship new features is essential. The role involves building and maintaining complex GraphQL queries and mutations, ensuring seamless integration with systems like Hasura. The developer will create responsive, pixel-perfect UI layouts using custom widgets, reusable components, and adaptive theming. Monitoring and optimizing rendering performance, widget rebuilds, and memory usage are key tasks. Implementing comprehensive testing strategies—including unit, widget, and integration tests—is required to ensure high-quality releases.



Managing structured navigation stacks and route transitions with GetX or other routing libraries is part of the responsibilities. The developer will work within Git-based workflows, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and participate in code reviews and design discussions. Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Flutter, Dart, and associated technologies are vital to maintaining high standards of performance and user experience. Staying updated with the latest trends in the Flutter ecosystem and applying new knowledge to enhance applications will be encouraged.
