About The Role

We are seeking a highly technical and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Evoila. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud automation software solutions tailored for enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while serving as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including consulting architects, technical leads, developers, quality engineers, technical writers, and system teams to ensure the successful execution of projects that meet both technical specifications and business objectives.

This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex business requirements into actionable project plans. You will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely delivery. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess over five years of project management experience within software development,



IT services, or solutions delivery environments. A strong understanding of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies is essential. Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and client relationships is required, along with experience in customer-facing project delivery such as consulting, product implementation, or post-implementation support.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Smartsheet is necessary. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to build trust and rapport with customers, anticipate their needs, and resolve delivery obstacles proactively. Excellent communication skills are vital for conveying expectations, risks, and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A background in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical pre-sales is considered a plus, along with relevant certifications like PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud automation software solutions and internal development projects, ensuring they align with client needs and organizational standards.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to deliver projects within financial and time constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, collaborating with consulting architects, technical leads, developers, and other team members.
- Monitor project progress,



identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate project meetings, demos, status updates, and validation sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and provide value to clients.
- Work closely with solution architects to recommend and shape additional services and solutions based on client needs and industry trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, leading internal initiatives to optimize and enhance existing solutions, frameworks, and processes.
