Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard independent garages across the assigned market.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with garage owners and mechanics.

Develop a strong garage network to support business growth and expansion.

Source potential garage partners through local mechanic networks, referrals, and field hiring.

Conduct regular field visits to identify and onboard new garages.

Drive garage acquisition and partner engagement targets.

Key Requirements

Experience in automotive field sales / business development.

Experience in lubricant sales, auto parts sales, or automotive aftermarket preferred.

Solid network among garage owners, mechanics, and local automotive businesses.

Good field sales,



relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Candidates with experience as Lubricant Sales Representatives / Automotive Field Sales Executives preferred.

Additional Details

•Experience – 1 to 3 years

•Qualification – Minimum a graduate

•Gender - Male / Female

•Work Timings – 9.30 Am onwards

•Working Days – Monday to Saturday

•Work Location – Marine Lines (Dhobitalao)
