We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect (BIM) to support architectural design, documentation, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural principles, BIM workflows, and proficiency in software such as Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior architects and BIM coordinators in developing architectural designs and BIM models.
- Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop and update Revit families, schedules, sheets, and project documentation.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Identify and assist in resolving design and model coordination issues.
- Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project standards and requirements.
- Support preparation of construction documentation and presentation drawings.
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and project discussions.
- Maintain proper file organization, naming conventions, and BIM documentation.
- Incorporate comments and revisions from senior team members and consultants.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, schedules,



and other project-related BIM deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) only
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in architectural design/BIM.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of architectural construction, materials, and detailing.
- Understanding of BIM principles and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic presentation software.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows.
- Familiarity with Revit family creation and BIM standards.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or similar visualization tools.
- Understanding of ISO/BIM standards and project-specific BIM execution requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new BIM tools and workflows.
