1 We are seeking a qualified with working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products including Adobe Target Adobe Audience Manager Adobe Launch Adobe Experience Manager AEM and Adobe Campaign Standard ACS with handson expertise in at least one product
2 The role involves serving as a Tier 1 support resource and Subject Matter Expert SME ensuring seamless operations incident resolution and effective utilization of Adobe tools
3 The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing updating and creating documentation and knowledge artifacts to enhance operational efficiency
