Skillcase is building a technology-led platform connecting skilled Indian professionals with global career opportunities, starting with Germany.
We're looking for a Strategic Alliances Intern to help us build Skillcase's network of employers, recruiters, institutions and ecosystem partners across India and Germany.
This is a 0 → 1 role where you'll get hands-on exposure to partnerships, business development, market research and international business.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential strategic partners across Germany and India
- Build and manage a pipeline of employers, recruiters, institutions and ecosystem organisations
- Reach out to potential partners through LinkedIn, email and other channels
- Initiate conversations and support partnership discussions
- Understand partner requirements and identify opportunities for collaboration
- Work closely with the founding team on partnership strategy and outreach
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in international recruitment
- Maintain partnership data, follow-ups and conversations in our CRM
- Support the team in developing partnership proposals, presentations and outreach campaigns
What we're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent research and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable speaking to and reaching out to current people
- Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets and basic productivity tools
- Interest in startups, business, partnerships, consulting or international markets
- German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
