Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Insurance & Investment Advisor. The advisor will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions from ABSLI's product portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial needs assessments, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing basic financial plans, and guiding clients through application and onboarding processes. The advisor will follow up with clients to ensure policy servicing, clarify queries,



and support claims or changes in coverage when needed. The role may also involve maintaining client records, using digital tools for remote consultations, and participating in periodic training and updates on ABSLI products and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to assess client needs and align solutions to their goals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Investments and Investment Strategies to recommend suitable products based on risk appetite and time horizon.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly in a simple, client-friendly manner.
- Comfort with remote work tools and basic digital literacy for online meetings, documentation, and client servicing.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory is preferred, though motivated candidates with relevant education may also be considered.
- Minimum educational qualification typically at the undergraduate level in finance, commerce, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning in the insurance and investment domain.
