Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Factoring Receivable Operations role based in Gandhinagar. The role involves managing end-to-end factoring receivable processes, including onboarding transactions, monitoring receivables, and ensuring timely collections and reconciliations. Responsibilities include validating documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records within the trade finance and factoring systems.



The role also requires tracking operational metrics, supporting process improvements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. The individual will collaborate closely with sales, risk, and technology teams to support seamless trade finance operations and provide timely updates and reports to management.

- Solid analytical skills to review receivables, identify anomalies, and support risk management decisions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- Operations management skills to handle end-to-end factoring processes, documentation, and workflow coordination.
- Project management skills to support implementation of new processes, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
- Sales awareness and collaboration skills to work closely with business development teams on client onboarding and servicing.
- Understanding of trade finance, factoring, or receivables financing; prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and other relevant tools for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in trade finance are a plus.
- Attention to detail, high level of integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
