Must Have:

n

n
- Design, configure, and manage F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM/DNS environments.
n
- Configure and troubleshoot Virtual Servers, Pools, Pool Members, Nodes, Monitors, SNAT, iRules, SSL profiles, persistence, and traffic policies.
n
- Manage F5 GTM/DNS configurations including Wide IPs, DNS listeners, pools, topology-based routing, load balancing methods, and health monitors. Create and manage the domain and A, CNAME, MX, TXT and other DNS records in GTM.
n
- Perform F5 HA/failover, upgrades, patching, configuration backup and restore activities.
n
- Troubleshoot application connectivity, load-balancing, SSL/TLS, DNS, and routing-related issues.
n
- Manage SSL certificates on F5 LTM,



including certificate installation, renewal, replacement, and expiry monitoring. Perform SSL certificate renewal through F5 LTM with proper pre-checks, implementation, validation, and rollback procedures.
n
- Troubleshoot SSL/TLS handshake, certificate chain, intermediate certificate and cipher-related issues.
n
- Coordinate with application owners, certificate teams, and security teams for certificate renewal and deployment.
n

Good to Have:

n

- Manage Infoblox DDI services including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
n
- Create and manage the domain and A, CNAME, MX, TXT, PTR and other DNS records in Infoblox.
n
- Perform IP address allocation, subnet management, DNS delegation, and DHCP scope management. Troubleshoot DNS resolution, DHCP, IP conflicts, and connectivity issues.
n
- Coordinate with application, server, security, network, and vendor teams for implementation and incident resolution.
n
- Handle incident, change, problem, and vulnerability management activities.
n
- Participate in production changes, maintenance windows, weekend/after-hours support and on-call activities.
n

Essential

n

n
- Maintain documentation, network diagrams, configuration records and standard operational procedures.
n
- Follow ITIL processes and ensure timely closure of incidents and change requests.
n

n

Minimum Qualification:

n

n
- 15 years of full-time education
n
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
