Experience: 4 – 8 years

CTC: 5- 10lpa (depends for relevant experience and suitability of the candidature)

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.

n

Provide hardware and software troubleshooting and technical support to employees.

n

Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls and network infrastructure.

n

Monitor network connectivity and resolve issues related to Internet, LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN and server connectivity.

n

Configure and maintain IP addressing, DHCP, DNS and basic network services.

n

Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, MS Office and other business applications.

n

Manage user accounts, access rights and permissions as per company requirements.

n

Support CCTV, biometric/access-control systems, attendance systems and other IT-enabled devices, where required.

n

Coordinate with Internet Service Providers, hardware vendors and AMC/service providers for technical issues.

n

Maintain proper records of IT assets, hardware inventory, software licenses and network equipment.

n

Perform regular backup, system updates, antivirus/security checks and preventive maintenance.

n





Assist in installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure at office and plant locations.

n

Ensure minimum downtime by responding promptly to IT/network-related incidents.

n

Maintain documentation of network architecture, IP allocation, hardware and troubleshooting activities.

n

Support implementation of IT security policies and basic cybersecurity practices.

n

Coordinate with the central IT team for system upgrades, network expansion and new installations.

n

Required Technical Skills

n

Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware & Troubleshooting

n

Good understanding of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP

n

Hands-on experience with Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi and Firewalls

n

Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server

n

Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP

n

Knowledge of VPN and remote troubleshooting

n

Experience with printer, scanner and peripheral configuration

n

Knowledge of network cabling, patch panels and structured networking

n

Basic understanding of IT security, antivirus and endpoint protection

n

Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

n

Preferred

n

Experience in a manufacturing/industrial organization or multi-location company

n

Experience supporting plant/factory IT infrastructure

n

Knowledge of ERP/business applications and user support

n

Knowledge of CCTV, biometric and access-control systems

n

Experience coordinating with vendors and AMC partners

n

Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+ / Network+ or Microsoft certifications would be an advantage.
