Role Overview

n

Deliver Head – Applications, OSS/BSS & Automation Programs is a senior leadership role responsible for driving continual service improvement (CSI) programs across applications, OSS/BSS platforms and automation.

n

In addition to technical and program leadership, this role carries account-level ownership, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder confidence, value realization, and long-term account health across strategic enterprise customers or internal business units.

n

The role blends engineering depth, transformation leadership, and consultative account stewardship to ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities

n

Strategic Program & CSI Leadership

n

n
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of CSI, OSS/BSS modernization, observability, infrastructure automation, and AI-led operations programs.
n
- Define and deliver multi-phase transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities and account objectives.
n
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Platform Engineering, DevOps, Application Support, OSS/BSS, Database, Security, Network, and NOC teams.
n
- Ensure programs deliver measurable improvements in stability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
n
- Ensure initiatives directly improve incident prevention, faster detection, and root cause isolation.
n

Account Ownership & Stakeholder Management

n

n
- Act as the senior delivery and CSI owner for assigned strategic deliverables.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer IT leadership, OSS/BSS operations heads,



and business stakeholders.
n
- Translate account expectations into clear technical programs, KPIs, and execution plans.
n
- Lead CSI reviews and executive steering forums.
n
- Ensure transparency on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
n

AI & Predictive Analytics Implementation

n

n
- Champion AI/ML-driven initiatives for:
n
- Predictive incident detection
n
- Capacity optimization
n
- Performance anomaly forecasting
n
- Partner with data science and platform teams to productionize models and embed them into OSS/BSS and IT operations.
n
- Ensure AI initiatives move beyond PoCs to measurable operational outcomes.
n

Delivery Governance & Account Health

n

n
- Track program KPIs, milestones, and budget adherence.
n
- Identify and manage delivery risks, scope creep, and dependency challenges.
n
- Support account growth by identifying CSI-driven expansion opportunities in OSS/BSS and infrastructure domains.
n
- Ensure long-term account stability, trust, and value realization.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- 15+ years of experience in Engineering, DevOps, OSS/BSS, or Enterprise Monitoring roles.
n
- Robust experience in program leadership across multiple concurrent engineering initiatives.
n
- Ability to drive business alignment, translate requirements into technical objectives, and deliver outcomes.
n
- Familiarity with OSS/BSS frameworks, planning, forecasting, and governance models.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive levels.
n
- Capable of working in a blended environment (in-house + partners) in a matrix organization.
