- Strong Nice CXONE hands-on work experience with CC operations, routing strategy, IVR, ACD, live chat, digital engagement, and callback management, , call entry, central configuration, Integration Hub, and environment design.
- Strong Nice CXONE hands-on work experience with Screening, prompts/TTS, messaging, hours/calendars, authentication, and menus/self-service, Dynamic routing, queue experience, callback, voicemail, and direct dial/transfer handling.
- Solid Nice CXONE hands-on work experience with Full dashboards/alerting, resilience hardening, capacity monitoring, and final promotion/rollback tooling, Reporting and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations and API-based platform design.




- Ability to lead design discussions independently with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Financial services domain experience is preferred.
