Senior AI Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Developer to design, build and deploy production-grade Generative AI, Agentic AI and RAG solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build GenAI applications, autonomous/multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines.

- Develop AI agents with tool use, memory, planning, reasoning and self-correction.

- Implement agent orchestration, workflow management, retries and human-in-the-loop controls.

- Work with MCP, A2A, LLM orchestration frameworks and vector databases.

- Develop secure, scalable Python backend services and APIs.

- Implement LLMOps including evaluation, monitoring, quality, cost, latency and safety controls.

- Use AI-assisted/vibe coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring code quality, testing and security.

- Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks and tools and drive POCs/adoption.

- Create technical documentation and mentor team members.

Ideal Profile:
Strong hands-on experience in Python, GenAI/LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, vector databases, AI orchestration and production deployment, with a strong builder mindset and ability to rapidly adopt recent AI technologies.
