Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Service Support Associate for the Insurance vertical. As part of this role, the Service Support Associate serves as the primary point of contact for the US branch, providing end-to-end support for policy renewals, including documentation management (Census, SBC, SPD, Carrier Proposals, etc.). You will collaborate with Client Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks for ~35 accounts. A solid understanding of US Health Insurance regulations and previous experience with carriers like Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Met Life is preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential for managing multiple tasks and delivering high-quality support. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for the branch (US onshore), providing comprehensive support. Understand and implement US Health Insurance regulatory standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Ensure end-to-end support of the policy lifecycle services. Assume the role of Client Associate (~35 accounts) at the branch. Conduct end-to-end renewal activities as a US Health Insurance domain expert. Coordinate with internal operations teams to complete renewal activities on time.



Handle queries effectively to minimize rework at the service center. Identify risks and issues and navigate them to successful resolution. Maintain strong time management and organizational skills. Foster a positive relationship with onshore branch staff to enhance the overall customer experience. Understand and complete renewal activities documentation, including Census, SBC, SPD, Carrier Proposals, Enrollment Materials, Contracts, Certificates, and Policies. About you Qualifications: Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Degree: Master’s Degree Certificate(s)/Special Training: US Health Insurance Domain certification preferred (, ACSRL) Experience ( Career Level Guide): Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in the insurance domain. Additional experience in transitioning or onboarding services, serving as a SPOC, and onshore travel is an advantage Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships. Insurance domain knowledge. Proactive and self-reliant approach to problem-solving. Solid organizational and time-management skills
