Location: Surat

Education: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
Preference: Local candidates will be preferred
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for business development and achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into potential business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and business discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
- Track sales/business development activities and maintain proper records.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain skilled relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of the Surat market will be an advantage.
- Local candidates from Surat will be preferred.
