Job Title :Project Manager DVP

Location : Gurgaon

Job Type Full-time - 5 Days Work from Office with Alternate Saturday working

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage an enterprise scale website migration program. The role involves end to end ownership of planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of website migration initiatives on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) while ensuring quality, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end to end website migration projects, including planning, execution, UAT, and go live.
- Manage migration from legacy CMS / platforms to Adobe AEM.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Coordinate with business, UX, content, IT, QA, SEO, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Oversee content migration, asset migration, and template/component readiness.
- Manage SEO continuity, redirects, performance, and content validation post migration.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies,



and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and corporate branding guidelines.
- Provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage vendors / system integrators and track deliverables against SLAs.
- Manage the migration of UI/UX elements to ensure consistency in user experience and interface across platforms.
- Drive UAT sign off, release readiness, and post go live stabilization.
- Prepare & Ensure documentation is complete: Project Plans, BRDs, SOPs, migration checklists, and release notes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 5 6 years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager.
- Hands on experience managing Adobe AEM based projects (mandatory).
- Proven experience in website migration / revamp projects.
- Robust understanding of:
- AEM components, templates, workflows (functional level)
- Content & media asset migration
- URL structures, redirects, and SEO considerations

- Experience working with cross functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong project management fundamentals: scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communication.

Preferred / Additional Skills

- Experience with banking, BFSI, or large enterprise websites.
- Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid delivery models.
- Working knowledge of:
- GTM, analytics, cookies & consent management
- Performance optimization and accessibility standards

- Experience coordinating UAT and production releases.
- Exposure to vendor management and procurement coordination.

Understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance (DPDP / GDPR preferred).
