Position Details Role: Saviynt Support Engineer (L3) Location: Bengaluru (Work Location) Experience: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities - Provide L3 support and implementation expertise for Saviynt IGA solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and critical incidents. - Develop, customize, and support Saviynt workflows, forms, and integrations. - Collaborate with global teams and customer stakeholders. - Support access reviews, certifications, provisioning, and governance processes. - Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. ✅ Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of experience in Saviynt IGA development, implementation, or support. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on L3 Support experience in Saviynt. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts including: - Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) - Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) - Provisioning & Access Governance - Excellent knowledge of Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, and scripting languages. - Hands-on experience with Access Reviews and Certifications in Saviynt.



- Strong Java debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Good understanding of LDAP concepts and directory services. - Experience with Saviynt workflows, forms, and other platform components. - Exposure to application/web servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere. - Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience. - Ability to work effectively under pressure during critical incidents. - Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
