We are a growing technology company looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our team.
The role will focus primarily on developing business opportunities in the European market. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and partners, starting conversations with decision-makers, and helping build a strong and repeatable business development pipeline.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch and wants to play an active part in the growth of an international business.

Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, partners, and business opportunities across European markets
Build targeted prospect lists and identify relevant decision-makers
Generate new leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels
Contact prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant platforms
Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings with decision-makers
Understand client requirements and help shape the appropriate commercial approach
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process
Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
Support sales presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions
Research European markets, industries, competitors, and potential customer segments
Experiment with different outreach strategies, messaging, and sales channels
Share market feedback and insights with the team
Work closely with management to continuously improve the company’s business development strategy
Meet agreed sales and business development targets

Candidate Profile
Previous experience in business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar commercial role




Excellent written and spoken English - non-negotiable
Comfortable communicating professionally with European clients and decision-makers
Confident communicating with founders, business owners, managers, and senior executives
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and initiating conversations with people you have never spoken to before
Good understanding of the B2B sales process
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Curious and willing to experiment with different sales approaches
Comfortable working in a growing company where responsibilities may evolve
Previous experience working with or selling to European or international clients would be a strong advantage.
Experience selling technology, software, digital services, consulting, or other B2B services would also be essential.
