We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle Financials implementations to lead complex client engagements. In this role, you will work independently as a functional lead to analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, apply industry best practices, and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.

What will your role look like

- Analyze complex business requirements and recommend tailored Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.

/n

- Work independently to deliver high-quality work products across complex customer engagements.

/n

- Apply industry best practices and deep business process knowledge during end-to-end implementation activities.

/n

- Lead functional workshops, solution design discussions, and stakeholder alignment sessions.

/n

- Guide and mentor implementation teams while serving in a Lead, Solution Lead, or Solution Architect capacity.

/n





- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

We would like you to bring along

- 8+ years of overall Oracle Financials implementation experience in a functional role, with at least 4 years of hands-on Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion ERP experience.

/n

- Proven track record of completing at least 2 recent end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects.

/n

- Mandatory leadership experience in a Lead, Solution Lead, Functional Lead, or Solution Architect role on recent assignments.

/n

- Hands-on functional mastery of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).

/n

- Demonstrated ability to lead solution design, manage stakeholders, and facilitate functional workshops.

/n

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a solid grasp of financial business processes.

/n
