Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

/n

- Manage the complete medical record documentation process, from patient

/n

consultation through treatment and follow-ups.

/n

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of consultations, diagnosis, treatment

/n

plans, prescriptions, procedures, and follow-up notes.

/n

- Review patient records for completeness, accuracy, and documentation quality and

/n

identify gaps for timely closure.

/n

- Coordinate with Dermatologists, Case Managers, Nurses, and Clinical/Operations

/n

teams for pending or incomplete documentation.

/n

- Maintain proper filing, indexing, retrieval, and archival of patient records, including

/n

digital records.

/n

- Conduct periodic medical record audits and ensure adherence to internal SOPs,

/n

confidentiality, and applicable healthcare documentation standards.

/n

- Maintain MIS and reports on record completion, pending documentation, audit findings,

/n

and documentation errors.

/n

/n

- Develop and improve MRD SOPs, checklists, workflows, and quality standards.

/n

- Lead, train,



and monitor the MRD/documentation team, wherever applicable.

/n

- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of patient information.

/n

/n

Required Skills

/n

/n

- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.

/n

- Excellent attention to detail and record-management skills.

/n

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

/n

- Ability to manage high-volume documentation with accuracy and timelines.

/n

- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and preferably EMR/Healthcare

/n

/n

Management Systems.

/n

- Strong ownership, process orientation, and problem-solving ability.

/n

Preferred Experience

/n

Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic medicine, hair restoration, hospitals, or

/n

clinical operations will be an advantage.

/n

Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, patient-centric, and comfortable working in a fast-paced

/n

healthcare workplace.
