Location: Greater Noida/ Gurgaon

Experience: 3–6 years in Real Estate New Launch Sales (Greater Noida/Gurgaon market preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth
- Handle client interactions and property closures
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training
- Ensure proper follow-ups and lead conversions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Requirements

- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Solid leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with a go-getter attitude

What We Offer
