Job Summary

/n

We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with around 2 years of hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.

/n

The candidate should have a good understanding of Core HR processes and practical experience in configuring Employee Central functionalities.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Configure and support SAP Success Factors Employee Central based on business requirements.

/n

- Understand business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis against standard SF EC functionality.

/n

- Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, and Data Models.

/n

- Configure and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Event Reason Derivations.

/n

- Work on Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Permission Groups, and Dynamic Groups.

/n

- Support employee lifecycle processes including:

/n

- Hire

/n

- Rehire

/n

- Transfer

/n

- Promotion

/n

- Job/Position changes

/n

- Termination

/n

- Work on Position Management and organizational structures.

/n

- Perform employee data imports, data validation, and error resolution.

/n

- Support EC integrations with Payroll, HRIS, and third-party systems.

/n

- Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

/n

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.

/n

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.

/n

- Coordinate with business users and other SAP/HR technology teams.

/n





- Support quarterly Success Factors releases and assess the impact of new features.

/n

/n

Must-Have Skills

/n

/n

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.

/n

- Strong understanding of Core HR / Hire-to-Retire processes.

/n

- Hands-on experience in:

- Employee Central Data Models

- Foundation Objects

/n

- MDF Objects

/n

- Associations

/n

- Business Rules

/n

- Workflows

/n

- Event Reasons

/n

- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

- Employee Data Imports

- Good understanding of Position Management.

/n

- Basic understanding of EC integrations with Payroll/HRIS or third-party systems.

/n

- Good knowledge of XML and Success Factors configuration.

/n

- Experience in incident resolution and application support.

/n

- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.

/n

Good to Have

/n

/n

- Experience in Time Off / Time Tracking.

/n

- Exposure to SAP Success Factors Onboarding.

/n

- Knowledge of Integration Center, OData APIs, or SAP Integration Suite.

/n

- Experience in at least one end-to-end SF EC implementation.

/n

- SAP Success Factors Employee Central certification preferred.

/n

- Exposure to additional Success Factors modules such as Recruiting, Performance & Goals, or Compensation.

/n
