Role Overview

n

As a DSA & Backend Engineering Mentor, you will deliver engaging, hands-on training programs focused on problem-solving, backend development using Python and Go, and system design fundamentals. You will mentor students through coding interviews, real-world projects, and scalable application development.

n

Location: Bangalore

n

Experience: 3–6 Years

n

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct interactive sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms and Backend Engineering.
n
- Mentor students in Python and Go programming, coding interviews, and software engineering best practices.
n
- Design curriculum, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning modules.
n
- Teach backend concepts including REST APIs, databases, concurrency, and microservices.
n
- Guide students in building scalable, production-ready applications.
n
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.
n

What We're Looking For

- Strong mentoring and communication skills.

- Solid understanding of DSA and algorithmic problem-solving.

- Hands-on experience building backend applications using Python and/or Go.

- Familiarity with microservices, concurrency, and distributed systems.
n
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
