Job Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong Engineering/STEM background to manage end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of business and technical objectives.

n

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Engineering, Technology, Product, Operations, Data, and Business teams and should have strong project planning, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and closure.
n
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
n
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Technology, Operations, Data, QA, and Business teams to drive project execution.
n
- Track project performance through KPIs, dashboards, MIS, status reports, and project metrics.
n
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution and escalation.
n
- Conduct regular project reviews and maintain RAID logs, action trackers, project plans, and governance reports.
n
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.
n
- Support process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
n
- Prepare executive-level project updates and communicate progress, challenges, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.

Key Skills

n

Strong Project/Program Management, Engineering Project Management, PMO Governance, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issue Management, Data Analysis, MIS & Dashboarding, Process Improvement, Resource Planning, and Executive Communication.

n

Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, or similar project management and reporting platforms will be preferred.

Eligibility

n

n
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or STEM is preferred.
n
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, PMO, Engineering Operations, or Technology Delivery.
n
- Experience managing cross-functional and technically oriented projects.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and project metrics.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication with solid stakeholder management capabilities.
n
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is an added advantage.
