- Handle complete plant and shift operations safely and efficiently
- Supervise and manage shift manpower
- Ensure smooth execution of production activities as per plan
- Troubleshoot process, equipment, and operational issues
- Investigate root causes for failures, deviations, and abnormalities and implement corrective actions
- Calculate and monitor product norms and yields
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with inter-department teams (QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with work permit systems and safety procedures
- Maintain and review documentation as per ISO requirements
- Support production planning activities (knowledge of SAP is an added advantage)
