Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Integrations.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect leading enterprise-scale implementations.
- Solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including:
- Case Management
- Omni-Channel
- Knowledge
- CTI
- Entitlements
- Digital Engagement

- Experience with Experience Cloud and Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, application design, data modeling, security, and Salesforce best practices.
- Ability to define scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead architecture discussions,



technical design reviews, and provide governance across delivery teams.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and establish development standards and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, PDI, Service Cloud Consultant, or CTA preferred.
