Job Description:

Fabrication Production Engineer / Supervisor
Location: Gala Empire, Thaltej, Ahmedabad
Experience: 3+ Years
Time: 10am - 7pm (Mon-Sat)

Job Summary:-
Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing fabrication activities including cutting, bending, welding, drilling, grinding, and assembly to ensure quality and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:-
* Manage daily fabrication shop activities and production schedules.
* Supervise cutting, bending, welding, drilling, and assembly operations.
* Read and understand engineering/fabrication drawings.
* Plan manpower, materials, and production activities.
* Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, and Assembly teams.
* Monitor quality, productivity, material wastage, and rework.




* Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of fabrication equipment.
* Maintain safety standards and prepare daily production reports.

Requirements:-
* 3–8 years of experience in fabrication production, machine manufacturing, or industrial equipment fabrication.
* Robust knowledge of MS & SS fabrication and MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
* Experience in sheet-metal fabrication and machine structures.
* Good production planning, manpower handling, and team leadership skills.
* Basic knowledge of Excel/ERP preferred.
