Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities

. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for the AI for IT squad
. Ensure the squad delivers incremental value aligned with the product roadmap and division objectives
. Remove impediments and escalate blockers proactively to ensure smooth sprint execution
. Coach squad members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
. Maintain and optimize Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) ensuring transparency on progress, velocity and backlog health
. Coordinate with the Division Head and Product Owner to ensure priorities are clearly defined and communicated
. Act as the primary interface between the squad and stakeholders for delivery related topics
. Track and report squad KPIs (velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, quality metrics)
. Facilitate cross squad dependencies and alignment with other teams within the domain

Contributing Responsibilities

. Shadow and progressively support the existing Scrum Master on the Client 360 squad, with the aim of fully taking over this squad
. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices and governance across the AI Solutions division
. Participate in the definition and adaptation of governance frameworks, challenging existing processes constructively to accelerate the deployment of innovative solutions
. Support the Division Head on reporting, capacity planning and resource coordination across squads
. Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal communities of practice around Agile and AI topics

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
The ideal candidate combines strong Agile facilitation skills with a genuine curiosity for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.



They should be comfortable operating within a structured governance environment while being able to constructively challenge processes to enable faster delivery of innovative solutions. We are not looking for an AI expert, but rather someone who demonstrates a real passion and proactive interest in AI and current technologies.
Specific Qualifications:

. 5 to 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
. Proven experience on innovative or transformation projects, ideally in IT or financial services
. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent Agile certification
. Experience working in distributed / multi geography teams
. Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and standard Agile tooling
. Experience in a banking or wealth management environment is a strong plus

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)
Technical Skills:

. Strong command of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe awareness)
. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Agile reporting/dashboards
. Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT delivery processes
. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools and use cases (not expert level, but genuine interest and curiosity)
. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and cloud environments is a plus
. Experience with data driven decision making and KPI tracking

. Ability to navigate and respect governance frameworks while constructively challenging them when needed

Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
