*Key Responsibilities:*

* Drive **LAP (Loan Against Property)** business and achieve assigned targets.

* Generate new business through direct sourcing, DSA and channel partners.

* Acquire new customers and manage existing relationships.

* Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.

* Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to bank policies.

* Build strong relationships with customers, DSAs and connectors.

*Candidate Profile:*

* Experience in **LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending**.

* Banking / NBFC experience preferred.

* Robust sales and customer acquisition skills.
