SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage our growing content and social media team.

n

We are building a large digital content operation across our schools, corporate brands and personal brands.

n

The right person should understand social media, but more importantly, should know how to manage a team, follow up, maintain deadlines and get work completed every day.

n

This is not a role where you will spend the whole day designing posts yourself.

n

Your job will be to manage the people who create, edit and publish content.

n

WHAT WILL YOU MANAGE?

You will help manage content for:

n

n
- SHEMROCK
n
- SHEMFORD
n
- Amol Arora
n
- Meenal Arora
n
- Individual school social media pages
n

n

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Manage the daily work of the social media and content team
n
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars
n
- Make sure Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn content is published on time
n
- Assign work to video editors, designers and social media executives
n
- Follow up with team members and ensure deadlines are met
n
- Coordinate with schools to collect photos, videos,



testimonials and stories
n
- Review Reels, Shorts, captions and social media posts before publishing
n
- Maintain Google Sheets, trackers and performance dashboards
n
- Monitor reach, engagement, views, watch time and follower growth
n
- Find high-performing content and increase similar content
n
- Identify weak-performing pages and improve them
n
- Manage remote employees working from different cities
n
- Conduct regular team reviews
n
- Build simple systems and processes so work does not depend on constant follow-up from senior management
n
- Use AI tools to increase the speed of content creation and repurposing
n

- Google Sheets / Excel

- Metricool / Buffer or similar social media scheduling tools
n
- HeyGen / ElevenLabs or similar AI tools

n

You do not need to be an expert in every tool.

n

However, you should be comfortable learning technology and using AI to make the team more productive.
