Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Define technical architecture, solution blueprints, and configuration standards across SuccessFactors modules e.g., Employee Central, Talent, Compensation. Oversee the ongoing operation, support, and continuous improvement for global clients, often utilizing AI-driven analytics to optimize performance. Manage complex integration strategies utilizing tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration CPI and Business Technology Platform BTP. Act as the trusted advisor to HR and IT leaders, translating complex technical concepts into business solutions. Provide architectural governance, ensure data privacy compliance, and mentor technical consultants. Must-Have Skills Experience 10+ years in SAP SuccessFactors HR technology delivery with a minimum 4 years experience in SAP technical administration and end-to-end implementation e.g., Employee Central, Talent Management, Compensatiom, Variable Pay. Demonstrable experience across multiple SF modules at minimum Employee Central, CompensationVariable Pay, and one talent module RCM,



Onboarding, or PMGM. Deep knowledge of XML, CustomStandard MDF objects, Data Models, Provisioning settings, and integrations. Excellent communication, client-facing presentation capabilities, and the ability to de-escalate or orchestrate service delivery Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements in delivery processes. Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors. Nice to Have SAP SuccessFactors certification in multiple modules. Experience with SAP BTP or IAS at a conceptualoversight level. Prior FMCG, tobacco, or similarly regulated industry experience.
