Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Company: Lingam Metal Infrastructure Pvt., Ltd.

Location: Sriperumbudur - Chennai

Reporting To: Managing Director / Board

n

Role Purpose To lead the finance function of a ₹300 Cr+ steel fabrication and infrastructure company, strengthen financial systems, improve profitability, manage cash flows, and support scalable growth through strong governance and strategic financial leadership. Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
n
- Establish solid MIS – project-wise, product-wise, and monthly performance reporting
n
- Drive cost control, margin improvement, and working capital optimization
n
- Manage cash flows, collections, inventory, and payables




n
- Handle banking relationships, working capital limits, term loans, LC/BG
n
- Support fund raising, credit rating, and lender interactions
n
- Oversee accounts finalization, audits, taxation (GST, IT, TDS), and compliance
n
- Monitor project costing, pricing, and contract profitability
n
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and governance
n
- Build and lead a competent finance & accounts team
n
- Support ERP / system implementation and process automation.
n

Candidate Profile Qualification:

n

n
- Chartered Accountant CA Experience:
n
- 7+ years' experience in a senior financial managerial position
n
- Experience in steel fabrication / infrastructure / EPC / manufacturing
n
- Exposure to ₹100 Cr+ turnover, project-based businesses
n

n
