Job Title: Project & Program Manager Location: HCLTech Lucknow, Nagpur, Vijaywada, Madurai Experience: 5 - 15 Years Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Infrastructure Transition, Transformation, Migration, and Workplace Services Programs. The role requires end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Data Center Migration, End User Computing (EUC), Asset Lifecycle Management, and Service Transformation programs. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end project/program lifecycle from planning to closure - Support delivery of IT transition initiatives including cloud and data center migration - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, infrastructure, operations, vendor) - Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies - Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plan - Drive regular reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder update - Monitor budgets and support financial tracking (P&L;, cost control) - Ensure alignment with delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/ITIL) - Maintain project documentation and governance standard Transition & Transformation Delivery Lead and deliver Infrastructure Transition and Transformation programs across enterprise environments. Drive strategic initiatives including: - Infrastructure Modernization - Cloud Migration - Data Center Migration - Workplace Services Transformation - Service Desk Transformation - End User Computing (EUC) Transformation Manage transition activities including knowledge transfer, service readiness, operational acceptance, cutover planning, and stabilization.



Program Governance & Reporting - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks. - Maintain and manage RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation actions. - Prepare and present MIS reports, project dashboards, executive summaries, KPI reports, and governance updates. - Track project health, resource utilization, budget performance, and delivery metrics. - Conduct steering committee reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder forums. ️ Hands-on Exposure To (One or More Preferred) - IT Transition Programs - Infrastructure Service Tower Transitions (Network, Server, Storage, Database, Security) - Cloud Migration Programs (GCP/AWS/AZURE) - Data Center Migration Projects - Workplace Transformation Programs - End User Computing (EUC) Services - Service Desk Transformation & Transition - Asset Lifecycle Management - Digital Workplace Services - Server, Storage & Network Environments ⚙️ Tools & Methodology - Project tools: Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet, Power BI - Delivery models: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall - ITIL (working exposure) Preferred Domain - IT Infrastructure / Network workplace - Asset lifecycle or asset tracking program - Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS/ GCP) - Vendor and service delivery environment Qualifications - PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (good to have) - Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) Additional Note - Candidates should be comfortable working on enterprise programs with evolving requirements and confidentiality expectations Apply Now: Send your updated resume to: [email protected]
