About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can own visual content end-to-end — from static creatives to short-form video — for D2C brand and performance marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our media buying and content teams to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-focused creative for Meta/Google Ads and social channels.

Responsibilities

- Design static ad creatives, banners, and social media graphics for multiple D2C client brands
n
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, ad videos, UGC-style content) for performance and organic campaigns
n
- Design and refine logos, brand marks, and visual identity assets as needed
n
- Apply color grading and correction to ensure consistent, polished visual output across video content
n
- Shoot or direct basic product/content shoots, applying correct camera settings for lighting, exposure, and composition
n
- Collaborate with media buyers to iterate on creative based on ad performance data
n
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual deliverables for each client

Requirements

Must-Have:

n

n




- Strong working knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent — CapCut for short-form a plus)
n
- Robust design sense — layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
n
- Solid understanding of logo design principles and color grading/correction techniques
n
- Prior experience working with a marketing/digital agency (non-negotiable)
n
- Working understanding of camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance) for shoots
n
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work
n

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience designing specifically for D2C/e-commerce brands
n
- Familiarity with Meta Ads creative specs and formats
n
- Basic motion graphics/animation skills
n
- Own DSLR/mirrorless camera or shoot experience
n
