Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruitment of Team and Ensuring full strength
- Drive sales from D2C route to achieve agreed metrics
- Ensuring Product Mix - Ensuring delivery on R&R; and Contest Framework
- Ensure certification of Training Roadmap
- Focus on Renewals and maintain persistency as per agreed plan
- Managing Attrition
Required Qualifications and Experience
? Post Graduate with 4 to 6 yrs of experience years of Insurance /D2C Sales experience.
? Valuable product knowledge of Life and General Insurance products
? Team management skills
? High Sales Orientation
