We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team at Fossil Group in Bengaluru, Karnataka. What you will do in this role

Design and develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau and Looker to deliver actionable business insights
Integrate and manage data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across reporting systems
Optimize dashboard performance by improving load times, responsiveness, and handling large datasets efficiently
Develop and execute SQL queries and leverage Python or similar tools for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of reporting data
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, driving best practices,



collaboration, and continuous improvement

Who You Are

8–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Visualization & AI roles
Strong expertise in Tableau (Desktop and Server) including advanced reporting, data blending, and calculations
Hands-on experience with Google Looker Studio and modern data visualization tools with AI.
Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts for ad-hoc analysis and business reporting
Good understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and GCP applications
Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis is an advantage
Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with complex datasets
Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and collaborating across functions
