Job Description

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Business teams.
- Assist in creating and maintaining automated reporting processes.
- Monitor key business metrics and generate periodic reports.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings.

Required Skills

- Solid analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
