- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through proactive market analysis and strategic outreach - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients,
articulating value propositions clearly and persuasively - Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and commercial agreements whilst maintaining transparency and professionalism - Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales planning and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate closely with internal departments—including operations, finance, and customer service—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
