Regional Sales Manager | Hydraulics & Lubrication Systems

Machfox Hydraulic & Lubrication System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and service excellence across the assigned region.

n

The role involves leading sales and service teams, developing key industrial and OEM accounts, achieving regional revenue targets, and building long-term customer relationships across sectors.

n

Opening Position: Regional Sales Manager (East/ West/ South)

n

Qualification: BE, B.Tec (Mechanical)

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive regional sales strategy, revenue, and market growth.
n
- Develop key accounts, OEM partnerships, and new industrial opportunities.
n
- Lead and mentor sales executives and service engineers.
n
- Oversee installations, preventive maintenance, and customer service.
n
- Track KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and regional performance.
n
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
n
- Represent Machfox at exhibitions, industry events,



and customer meetings.
n

Ideal Candidate

n

n
- 7–10+ years of experience in industrial sales/service, preferably hydraulics, lubrication, or industrial equipment.
n
- Engineering or Business Administration background.
n
- Proven experience managing teams and regional business targets.
n
- Solid understanding of industrial customers and OEMs.
n
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
n

Location: Pan-India | Regional Travel Required
