Job Description: Cluster Manager (Prime Home Loans)

n

As a Cluster Manager specializing in Prime Home Loans, your primary responsibility will be to drive business across the assigned cluster, lead and manage multiple sales teams, and achieve high-value monthly loan disbursal targets. You will also be responsible for developing strategic relationships with connectors, DSAs, builders, developers, Banks, and NBFCs to strengthen business acquisition and ensure consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Prime Home Loan business across the assigned cluster through open-market and other sourcing channels.
n
- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple sales teams to achieve business and productivity targets.
n
- Achieve a minimum monthly home loan disbursal of ₹50 Crore+ across the assigned cluster.
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with connectors, DSAs, builders, developers, and other strategic partners.
n
- Monitor team performance, sales funnel, productivity, conversion, and disbursal metrics across the cluster.
n
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen market presence across the assigned cluster.
n
- Build a high-performing sales culture through coaching, performance reviews, and capability development.
n




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer onboarding, sanction, and disbursal processes.
n
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
n

Job Role:

- Experience Requirement: Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Prime Home Loan segment, with at least 5 years of team-handling experience.
n
- Business Target: Proven track record of achieving ₹50 Crore+ monthly disbursal across the team/cluster.
n
- Cluster Management: Lead and manage multiple teams, ensuring productivity, performance, and target achievement.
n
- Channel Development: Build and strengthen relationships with connectors, DSAs, builders, developers, and other strategic sourcing partners.
n
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the organization's presence across the assigned cluster.
n
- Performance Management: Review business metrics, sales funnel, conversion, and disbursal performance to drive consistent growth.
n
- Leadership & Coaching: Develop high-performing teams through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Prime Home Loan segment.
n
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in team handling/people management.
n
- Proven track record of ₹50 Crore+ monthly disbursal across the team/cluster.
n
- Strong experience in open-market sourcing and lead generation.

- Established network of connectors, DSAs, builders, developers, and other strategic partners.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

- Ability to manage multiple teams and drive high-value business in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
